AI Usage Disclaimer
Last updated: 28 July 2026
Some of our features use artificial intelligence, powered by Anthropic's Claude models, to help draft or evaluate your documents. This page explains exactly which features do, which don't, and what that means for you.
Features that use AI today
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Free ATS Checker | Scores your pasted resume text and suggests improvements |
| Resume Tailoring / JD Match | Compares your resume against a pasted job description |
| AI Resume Rewrite (paid) | Rewrites your resume text into a polished, ATS-friendly document, including the Europass format |
Your pasted resume text and/or job description is sent to Anthropic's API to power these features — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that.
Features that do not use AI
- Resume Builder — runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere, AI or otherwise.
- AI Job Application Copilot (subscriber tool) — despite its name, this currently runs as a local scoring tool in your browser, matching your resume against a general reference profile. It does not call an AI model and does not send your data anywhere. We'll update this disclaimer and the feature's name/description if and when it becomes genuinely AI-powered.
- Job Application Tracker, Resume Version History, Reminders — plain data storage and organization tools; saving, editing, or restoring an entry never involves AI.
AI output may be wrong — always review it
AI-generated or AI-assisted content can be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or simply not a good fit for your situation. We do not guarantee that AI output is factually correct, unbiased, or free of errors. Always read, edit, and verify anything AI-generated before using it, sending it to an employer, or relying on it in any way. See our Terms & Conditions' Warranty Disclaimer for how this applies legally.
Don't submit someone else's information
Please don't paste another person's resume, personal details, or confidential material into our AI tools without their permission — see our Acceptable Use Policy.
AI usage limits and fair use
AI-powered features are metered by plan (see our Subscription Terms) and, on plans described as offering unlimited AI usage, subject to our Fair Usage rules there — "unlimited" means unlimited for your own genuine job search, not automated or bulk use. We also don't allow attempts to extract, reconstruct, or publish the prompts or instructions behind these features — see our Acceptable Use Policy.
