These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PixelDock Apps website and services, operated by Harsh Makhija (Sole Proprietor), based in Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By using this website, submitting your details, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

PixelDock Apps is a professional resume-writing service. Depending on your plan, we prepare and deliver documents such as resumes/CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile text, based on the information you provide. Deliverables are provided as digital files (PDF and/or Word). We are a service — a human prepares your documents, assisted by software tools.

2. Plans and billing

• Free: you may use the self-serve CV builder, or submit your details for a free review and advice. No payment is collected.
• Standard and Premium: one-time purchases billed in Indian Rupees (INR) at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details.
• There is no recurring billing — you are charged once per order, and there is nothing to cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds work within 7 days of payment.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful information about your education, experience and skills.
• You are responsible for the truthfulness of the final documents you use. We will not knowingly include false credentials, and we may decline requests to do so.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt to access other people's data, or disrupt the service.

4. Delivery and revisions

First drafts are normally delivered within the timeframe communicated to you after purchase (typically 2–4 business days). Revision allowances depend on your plan as described on the pricing page. Delivery depends on you providing the information we request; delays in your responses extend delivery timelines accordingly.

5. Intellectual property

Once payment is received, the final delivered documents are yours to use for your personal job search without restriction. The website, its design, and our templates and processes remain our property.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

We prepare high-quality application documents, but we cannot and do not guarantee interviews, job offers, visa outcomes, or any specific result. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities or lost income.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and contact
