Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want the terms of paying us to be as clear as the documents we write. This policy covers the Standard and Premium one-time purchases made on this website.
1. Refunds
- Full refund: if you request a refund within 7 days of payment and we have not yet started work on your documents, we will refund your payment in full.
- Partial refund: if work has started but nothing has been delivered, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on work completed.
- No refund: once a draft or deliverable has been delivered to you, the payment is non-refundable. Revisions are the remedy for changes you want — that's what your plan includes.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full — just tell us.
You can submit a refund request within 7 days of payment at /manage using your Order ID (or Payment ID) and the email you paid with — no need to email us. We review requests within 24 hours.
2. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take additional days to reflect in your statement.
3. Failed or missed deliveries
If we fail to deliver anything at all despite you providing the information we requested, you are entitled to a full refund for your order — no questions asked.
