Delete your PixelDock account

You can permanently delete your PixelDock Resume account and the personal data attached to it. Deletion is available inside the app and through a verified support request if you cannot sign in.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open My Account and sign in.
2. Scroll to Account settings and choose Delete account.
3. Enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion.

The deletion process first cancels any active Razorpay subscription so that billing does not continue after the account is removed.

If you cannot sign in

Email contact@pixeldockapps.com from the address registered to your account with the subject Delete my PixelDock account. We will verify the request before deletion and aim to complete it within 30 days.

Data deleted

• Your subscriber account and sign-in session.
• Your subscription record and subscriber-owned AI usage history.
• Saved resume versions and version history.
• Job applications, status history and reminders.
• Referral records where your account is the referrer.
• Personal resume content stored with earlier one-time orders is scrubbed.

Data retained

Limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention and anonymized delivery records may be retained when legally or operationally required. Retained order records do not keep your pasted resume or generated resume content after deletion. See the Data Retention Policy and Privacy Policy for the exact categories and periods.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Cancelling a subscription without deleting the account is available separately from My Account.
