Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information PixelDock Apps (operated by Harsh Makhija (Sole Proprietor), Delhi, India) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Details you submit: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, target role, experience level, and any career information you share through our forms or by email — including work history and education needed to write your documents.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment, your name, email, phone and order status — we never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver the documents you ordered.
• To reply to your enquiries and manage your order.
• To improve our drafts using AI writing tools (see section 3).
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails you haven't asked for.

3. Service providers we rely on

• Supabase — secure database hosting for the details you submit.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Razorpay — payment processing (see Razorpay's own privacy policy).
• Anthropic (Claude API) — parts of your career information may be processed by an AI writing assistant to help draft or improve your documents.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your information while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can support revisions and meet legal record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see section 6).

5. Security

Your data is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit, and access is protected by authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate for a service of this size.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@pixeldockapps.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer provide pending deliverables.

7. Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over.
