Data Retention Policy

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as required by law. This policy sets out specific retention periods by data type.

| Closed or deletion-requested account | Deleted or anonymized within 30 days of a verified request — see our Privacy Policy §7 |
| Payment and transaction records | 8 years, to meet Indian tax and accounting recordkeeping requirements — retained even after account deletion |
| Free-tool leads (name/email captured from the ATS Checker or JD Match tools) | Up to 30 days if you don't respond to our follow-up emails, then automatically purged; retained indefinitely if you become a paying customer |
| Email delivery logs (what was sent, when, and whether it succeeded) | Retained indefinitely for deliverability, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes. If your account is deleted, these logs are disassociated from your identity but not deleted outright. |
| Backups | Standard disaster-recovery backups may retain deleted data for a limited additional period after deletion from our live systems |
AI processing
Text you submit to our AI-assisted features (see our AI Usage Disclaimer) is sent to Anthropic to generate your output. Anthropic's own data-handling and retention terms govern their processing of that data; we do not independently control how long they retain it beyond our agreement with them.
